Return Policy

We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery.

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is not working as described

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • All accessories, tags, and items must be included
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after product inspection
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or as store credit if applicable)
  • COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer or other approved method

Replacement Process

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or pickup within a few working days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as used, damaged due to misuse, or opened personal-use products may not be eligible for return.
